Medical Toxicology Fellowship Application Process

All applications must be submitted via The Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) by September 15th of the year prior to the start of the fellowship.

As required by the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the following information is available to you on the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson (UACOM-T) Graduate Medical Education Office website and applies to all ACGME-accredited residencies and fellowships at the UACOM-T.  By continuing your candidacy in our selection process, you confirm that you have reviewed these documents and you further acknowledge that you meet all requirements for participation in the UACOM – T residency or fellowship program(s) in which you have applied:
