Summary of Job Duties: 

Update and maintenance of an online database of all AHLS courses, students, course and instructor evaluations, continuing education, and verification of course completion.
Perform queries for routine and ad hoc reports, as they are crucial for improving the content, delivery, and administration of the AHLS program.
Evaluate course documentation for program effectiveness and develop improved methods if needed.
Responsible as the “first responder” for AHLS inquiries, including how to host a course, navigation of the AHLS website and user interface, and general technical questions.
Manage course material shipments and website product orders.
Represent AHLS at regional meetings.
