Celebrate Survival Event Held Oct. 1 in Scottsdale
In recognition of October Sudden Cardiac Awareness Month, Rural/Metro and the SHARE (Save Hearts in Arizona Registry and Education) Program hosted a CELEBRATE SURVIVAL event on October 1, at the Rural/Metro corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The University of Arizona Department of Emergency Medicine’s AEMRC - Phoenix members joined Rural/Metro to recognize six amazing individuals and their first responders. Each of the honorees suffered sudden cardiac arrest, were at one point clinically dead, and revived by their EMS rescuers.
