Summary of Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support for the University Campus Emergency Medicine residency program and the Combined Emergency Medicine & Pediatrics residency program, program directors, and program manager.
- Point of contact for resident reimbursements, including travel. Process reimbursements through UA financial systems. Reconcile P-card transactions, prepares disbursement vouchers.
- Provides administrative support for residency conference management, i.e., updating New Innovations, attendance, and Qualtrics links/feedback.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for residency meetings, retreats, and conferences.
- Assists with sending out weekly conference survey links, downloads responses, and distributes to appropriate parties.
- Provide administrative assistance with residency recruitment.
- Assists residency senior Program Manager with select functions in New Innovations, including residency program evaluations and tracking off-service evaluations.
- Assists with annual residency orientation.
- Assists with annual residency graduation.
- Handles room scheduling for residency-related meetings.
- Assist with maintenance of residency DocuWare repository as our primary source of electronically stored resident files.
- Accept changes in assignments and priorities to meet program expectations.
