Resident Status:
PGY-III

2025

Where are you from?

Columbus, Ohio.

What are your personal interests/hobbies?

House plants, local coffee, running, playing with my dog, hiking, gardening, going to farmers markets, baking, traveling.

What are your professional interests?

Social EM, underserved care, and health equity. Also an ultrasound nerd.

Why did you choose UA EM?

The people at UA genuinely felt like a family. Dr. Stoneking is super supportive of residents and faculty members are dedicated to resident education and success. I was excited about the opportunity to learn medical Spanish during my training, and to work with an underserved patient population. The opportunity for social EM and boarder medicine at UA South was a huge draw for me.

Favorite activity in Tucson, or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program?

Escaping Ohio winters, and all the good food.

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Grow my cactus collection.
