Global Health, Disaster Medicine, Social EM

Why did you choose UA EM?

Not to sound annoyingly vague, but I felt like I fit in with the people when I did my away rotation. Also, I think that the mix of academic, community, and county experiences will prepare me well for whatever I choose to pursue after residency. And lastly, I like to joke that I'm solar-powered, so the weather is a nice added bonus.

What's your ideal vacation?

Somewhere where I haven't been before with good food and natural beauty.

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Explore Tucson and all it has to offer, try cooking new foods, adopt a dog.
