Where are you from?

Boston, MA -> Atlanta, GA -> Baton Rouge, LA -> Augusta, GA. But mostly I’ll claim ATL.  

What are your personal interests/hobbies?

Ultimate Frisbee, tennis, hiking, climbing, skiing, cooking Cajun food, drinking good beer, reading many non-medical books, learning new hobbies.  

What are your professional interests?

Pediatric emergency medicine, ultrasound, academics, possibly critical care.

Why did you choose UA EM?

Extremely impressed during my visiting rotation by the friendly culture, approachable attendings, complex patients, and excellent teaching.  

Favorite activity in Tucson?

Anything involving Mt. Lemmon, chasing a frisbee, or sampling from one of the many breweries

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Becoming a better climber, learning to ride a bike, exploring all Arizona has to offer, learning to speak Spanish.
