Running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, reading, eating great food, and spending time with my dog, family, and friends!

Critical Care, Global Heath, Academic Medicine.

Why did you choose UA EM?

The residents were kind, happy, and clearly connected on interview day. I had heard only positives about why residents love the program, the location, the faculty, and the department. Tucson is also my favorite city to explore, hike, and eat!

Favorite activity in Tucson, or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program?

The trails for running, mountain biking, and hiking are beautiful. Nothing beats walking throughout the saguaros at sunset!

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Run a half marathon, better my Spanish, and emphasize time with family and friends.
