What are your personal interests/hobbies?

Software engineering, backcountry skiing, search & rescue, motorcycles, photography, graphic arts, and most things outdoors, especially road cycling, climbing, and backpacking.

I also play the drums, and really enjoy tinkering in my garage and building things for Burning Man.

What are your professional interests?

Toxicology, Critical Care, Rural/Critical Access Medicine, and especially Wilderness Medicine

Some of the best and friendliest people, in an awesome town, AND incredibly strong training? Wouldn't you?

Favorite activity in Tucson, or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program?

Cacti! And all the fascinating military history and tech stuff nearby.

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Publish another iPhone app, and not melt in the heat.
