Where are you from?

Arlee, Montana.

What are your personal interests/hobbies?

Basketball, rock climbing, hiking/trail running with my dog, football, baseball, racquetball, yoga, kayaking...really anything that will get my blood flowing I'm into it. Also going into an In-N-Out induced food coma because adults are allowed to make bad life decisions sometimes. 

What are your professional interests?

Sports medicine, and ultrasound. 

Why did you choose UA EM?

As an MS4 my checklist of what I wanted in a program was formed by what I saw here, so when no other programs hit on everything I cared about like UA EM did I realized I was looking around for what was already right in front of me. Most importantly though, the people here are normal and enjoy life while working incredibly hard to be the best EM doctors possible.

What's your ideal vacation?

I love doing anything that involves being with the people I care about most. Whether that's adventuring in the backwoods or doing 12 oz curls on a beach, as long as I have the right people by my side I'm happy. 

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Finally get into mountain biking.
