Why did you choose UA EM?

First and foremost, the friendly/intelligent/hard working people and awesome vibe in the ED. Camaraderie amongst attendings, residents, and hospital staff is so positive. Loved the Spanish immersion courses at South, and ability to work towards Dual Role Translator certification. Could go on and on, instead I'll just say I'm so happy to be here.

Favorite activity in Tucson?

Hiking/biking, farmer's markets, great places to eat, just the right size for a city!

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Successful adulting!
