Dr. Rich Amini named Assistant Dean for Student Affairs
The College of Medicine – Tucson is pleased to announce that Richard Amini, MD, assistant professor of emergency medicine, and Kathy Smith, MD, clinical associate professor of psychiatry, have been appointed assistant deans for student affairs, each at 0.3 FTE. They join Violet Siwik, MD, assistant professor of family and community medicine, who also serves in this role and currently is also interim associate dean for student affairs and admissions.
