Resident Dr. Elaine Situ-LaCasse Awarded EMF Scholarship
Elaine Situ-LaCasse , MD, PGY-3 in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program University Campus, received an Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) Scholarship to the Emergency Medicine Basic Research Skills (EMBRS) Workshop. The workshop is an 11-day, two-session program that provides background in the fundamentals of research. It is designed to help physicians in emergency medicine get started on research.
