Banner - University Medical Group Doctors' Day Awards
As part of Doctors' Day, several physicians from the Banner - University Medical Group were recognized for their contributions to health care at Banner - UMC Tucson and South campuses.
An annual reception for Doctors' Day (which is March 30) was held Tuesday, April 21, at the North Restaurant at La Encantada. About 75 people attended. The awards were presented by Jason Krupp, MD, CEO for BUMG and president, Banner Academics. Among those recognized were the Department of Emergency Medicine’s Dale Woolridge, MD, PhD, who received the Friend of the Community Award.
