ACGME Approves New Medical Toxicology Fellowship
The Department of Emergency Medicine is pleased to announce ACGME approval for its new fellowship in medical toxicology. The University of Arizona/UPHK GME Consortium Medical Toxicology Fellowship is a two-year program based out of University Physicians Healthcare Hospital (UPHH), a 120-bed tertiary care hospital and Level I psychiatric facility with 45,000 emergency department visits annually. Medical toxicology also consults at University Medical Center, the largest tertiary care hospital and the only Level I trauma center in Southern Arizona.
