Why did you choose UA EM?

The residents were all super welcoming and friendly and definitely foster a supportive environment to train. We also have a great mix of community/academic medicine and awesome subspecialty opportunities!

Favorite activity in Tucson, or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program?

Definitely running/hiking in the Catalina mountains! The food scene and proximity to all the cool places in AZ is also hard to beat!

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

Explore all the trails and mountains in AZ, successfully start a small garden, improve my Spanish, and avoid any/all rattlesnakes.
