Senior Program Manager
Summary of Job Duties:
- Senior Program Manager for EM, EM & Peds residency programs, and EMS Fellowship at University Campus
- Assist with budget development; monitor and approve expenditures
- Coordinate resident recruitment process for 900 EM applicants annually plus 60 EM/Peds applicants
- Organize and manage the accreditation report process including understanding all requirements and gathering all relevant information
- Coordinate resident rotations with 8 other College of Medicine programs and 2 Tucson hospitals
- Initiate affiliation agreements between rotating hospitals/away electives
