Nicola Baker, MD, has been appointed emergency medicine clinical assistant professor. Dr. Baker received her medical degree and residency training at the University of Arizona. Also at the UA, she completed an emergency ultrasound fellowship and currently is completing a professional development fellowship in Wilderness Medicine. She previously served as an emergency physician at Northwest Tucson Emergency Physicians and Holy Cross Hospital in Nogales. She will practice at both Banner – University Medical Center Tucson and Banner – UMC South.
